Sidecar Branding ("we", "us") makes custom printed, embroidered and engraved apparel, promotional products and awards. This page explains what information we collect when you use sidecarbranding.com or order from us, and what we do with it. We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and company, when you create an account, place an order, or ask us for a quote.
Shipping addresses you give us for delivery.
Artwork, logos and text you upload or type so we can make your order.
Your order history, quotes and the messages you send us.

We do not see or store your payment card number. Payments are made on a secure checkout page run by Shopify, and card details go to Shopify and its payment processors directly.

How we use it

To make, price, ship and invoice your order, and to contact you about it.
To send order confirmations, quotes, receipts and payment links.
To keep our business records, including accounting records in QuickBooks, which we use for our own books.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Who else sees it

We share information only with the services that help us fill your order, and only as needed:

Shopify, for checkout, payment and order records.
Our blank and product suppliers and shipping carriers, for example your shipping address when we send an order directly to you.
Our email provider, to deliver messages to you.
Our accounting software, QuickBooks, which holds our own business records.
Our website hosting provider.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records and artwork as long as they are useful for reorders, warranty questions and our tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time, except records we must keep by law.
