These terms apply when you use sidecarbranding.com or order from Sidecar Branding. By placing an order or paying a quote, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, call us at 210-288-0008 and we will talk it through.

Orders and prices

Prices shown online and in quotes are before sales tax and, unless stated, before shipping. Tax and any shipping are added at checkout.
Mock-ups and previews are concept images to help you choose a look. Final stitching, printing, engraving and colors can vary slightly from the picture.
We may correct a price or ask about a detail in your artwork before we start. We will tell you if the price changes.
We begin production when payment is received, unless we have agreed other terms with you in writing.

Your artwork

You confirm you have the right to use the logos, text and images you give us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.
You are responsible for checking spelling and details on proofs and mock-ups you approve.
Small details may not reproduce well in embroidery or small print. We will tell you if we see a problem.

Custom orders, changes and returns

Custom items are made for you and generally cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.
If something arrives wrong or damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery or pickup and we will work with you to make it right.
Quantities delivered can differ slightly from the amount ordered on some products, as is usual in the industry.

Shipping and pickup

Items are available for pickup at our San Antonio shop or are shipped to the address you give us. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer.

Accounts and online tools

Keep your login private. Our online design tools and quote links are provided as they are, to help you order from us. We may change or remove features at any time.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
